Finnaly, another art update. It's been soooo long ;p

Anyways, this is a picture of a Elite Councilor from the Halo video games. Just like the last one I did, this one too shows this fella just relaxing. I tried to make this Councilor more Halo 3 oriented were as the last was Halo 2ish. I'm slowly getting better at backgrounds :)

I had been working on and off of this pic for about a month now. I slacked sooo hard core.

Submit to Halo.

Oh mah, I like this so much! <3 I've always thought that Elite Councilor are really cool. After all they look hot. <3 And this piece of art is so pretty. I like the background and the colouring~ This is candy for my eyes. <3 Have to fav.
